Ordering online with us is a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:
- Create an Account: You can do this during the check-out process.
- Fill Out and Sign our Standard Registration Form: This is required to process your orders.
- Shop and Checkout: Once your registration is confirmed, we’ll process your order. Check out our shipping and delivery options in the tab below.
Our standard registration form is tailored for businesses and healthcare providers to register with Michael George Consulting & Supplies. It simplifies the registration process, ensuring accurate and efficient services, and is required by our network of pharmacies. In addition to your general business/practice information, you’ll need the following:
- Sales Representative’s Name and Reference Code: If you’re working with a rep. If not, leave it blank or write MGCS.
- Your Provider’s NPI Number
- All our products are shipped out overnight. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
- Cut-off times for processing: Monday - Friday (Thursday for overnight) 3pm EST.
- A fixed delivery charge of $150 is applied to every order.
Lyophilized vials contain a freeze-dried form of a substance, typically a peptide or medication. The lyophilization process involves removing water from the substance by freezing it and then subjecting it to a vacuum, which turns the ice directly into vapor without passing through a liquid phase.
Reconstituted vials contain a solution that has been mixed and is ready for use. The lyophilized powder has already been combined with the appropriate liquid, returning it to its original form.
